The Shiley™ XLT Extended-Length Cuffed Tracheostomy Tube by Medtronic is engineered for patients with challenging anatomies that require an off-the-shelf alternative to custom tracheostomy tubes. Available in both proximal and distal extension configurations across four adult sizes, the XLT cuffed series provides a precise, comfortable fit for a wide range of clinical needs.

Choose proximal extension (XLTCP) to accommodate patients with a full or thick neck where increased skin-to-tracheal-wall distance is a factor. Choose distal extension (XLTCD) for conditions such as tracheal stenosis or malacia that require additional distal length.
